It is possible to submit a report anonymously, in which case the company has no way of finding out who submitted the report and thus no way of providing feedback directly to the person who submitted it.
We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and this personal data is stored for up to 3 months. This whistleblowing service complies with EU Directive 2019/1936.
