Career Program™
Within Unik’s Career Program™, we hire the employee and provide access to both new colleagues and office space. Everyone at Unik – from career developers and recruiters to management – is fully engaged in helping the individual find their next role.
Outplacement coaching
Our coaching focuses on building self-awareness and maintaining forward momentum, helping the individual avoid feeling stuck in their situation. We equip them with the tools to map their professional network, write applications, prepare for interviews, and more. The programme continues until they secure a new position, or for up to six months.
