We work with the recruitment of officials, specialists and managers. We help our clients with entire recruitments and we also support the client’s own recruitment process through Second Opinion and support in requirements profile.

Career Program™
Under Unik’s Career Program™, we hire the employee and provide access to both new colleagues and offices. Everyone at Unik – from career developers and recruiters to management – is actively involved in helping the employee find a new job.
Outplacement coaching
The coaching is focused on self-awareness and directing the focus correctly to avoid getting “stuck in the situation” and to give the employee the tools to map networks, write applications, interview training, etc. The intervention lasts until the person has found a job or at most six months.
