Our story
Unik Resurs was established in 2005 and became an independent company in 2011, with a clear mission to create value for both companies and individuals.
Since then, we have specialised in recruitment, business development, and outplacement — always maintaining high ethical standards and quality in our work.
By working closely with our clients, we help them find the right talent and solutions to grow and develop sustainably. Our goal is to be a long-term partner, contributing to the success of both organisations and people.
We work with clients and candidates both nationally and internationally, with local offices in Linköping, Norrköping, Kalmar, Torsås, Karlskrona, and Lund. Building close relationships is key to us, and we choose our clients with both care and great commitment.

Unik Position™
– a network for operational managers
Unik Position™ is a network for managers who lead independently, without large support teams. We meet four times a year to gain new insights and share experiences. The sessions combine external expertise with peer-to-peer support, tackling real-time challenges together. Meetings are held in both large and small groups, with participation by application or nomination.

Unik Student™ is an independent company owned by Unik Resurs in partnership with Kårservice Östergötland AB at Linköping University.
Our goal is to create a sustainable labour market by building stronger connections between students and industry. Through qualified, paid consultancy projects, students apply their academic knowledge in practice, while employers access fresh talent and innovative solutions.
Additionally, all student assignments contribute to Kårservice Östergötland AB, strengthening student life and creating opportunities for organisations to solve real needs. It’s a win-win-win: for students, for employers, and for the future of the labour market.
