Unik Resurs has existed since 2005 and became an independent company in 2011 with a clear focus on creating value for both companies and individuals. Since then, we have specialized in recruitment, business development and outplacement, always with high ethics and quality in our work. By working closely with our clients, we help them find the right skills and solutions to develop and grow in a sustainable way. Our goal is to be a long-term partner that contributes to success – for both organizations and people.
We work with clients and candidates both nationally and internationally, with local offices in Linköping, Norrköping, Kalmar, Torsås, Karlskrona and Lund. For us, a close customer relationship is important and we choose our customers with both care and great commitment.

Our vision is to create a sustainable labor market by building stronger bridges between universities and industry and providing experience and networks when they are really needed. Through qualified, paid consultancy assignments, students have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice and develop in their fields of study. Unik Position™
– exchange of experience between operational managers
Unique Position™ is the network for managers who do not have a large staff around them, but deal with their own concerns on a daily basis. In this network, we meet four times a year to gain inspiration and knowledge together. Partly from external sources such as lectures, partly through each other and each other’s help in concrete challenges we face here and now. We meet in large groups and in smaller groups every other year. Participation by application or nomination.

Cooperation in the field
We may be the only ones writing a quote, calculating a budget or conducting an interview. But we are still everyone. All of us who are part of Unik are involved in administration, sales, writing, calculating, interviewing, coaching or consulting. Because we know that when we need it, we can get help, advice or support from a colleague at work. And that what we produce, the result at the end of the day, is an effect of our collaboration – whether it is with the peer at work, our partner or our client.
Responsibility
What we at Unik put in the boat, we take ashore. And it’s not that we’re cautious, or don’t dare to take risks – quite the opposite. We know what’s at stake, what’s at stake and that everything we undertake, we see through to the end. We don’t let go without at least knowing that there is someone else there to catch and carry on. Another of us at Unik who takes it all the way to the finish line.
Mod
To get somewhere, we must dare. To generate heat, we must invest energy. To not stagnate, we must dare to challenge. Sometimes because it’s an opportunity, sometimes because it’s a must. But sometimes just because. To challenge the expected and the balance – to create movement and friction. Because out of these brave ventures comes impact, comes results. Maybe not always in the way we planned and envisioned, but things happen. Things happen. And that is sometimes enough. Because when we stop challenging ourselves. When we stop being brave enough to try. Then it’s time for us to do something else.
We have the courage to do things we haven’t done before, in ways we haven’t worked before and for clients we previously didn’t dare to dream of. But, courage also means that we dare to say no to assignments and responsibilities that do not feel right, that do not correspond to our requirements and values

And the best thing of all is that every time we are so committed, so into something, it creates the conditions for equally committed customers and partners. We always do everything and more. Unik Student – securing the future of skills
Unik Student – an independent company owned by Unik Resurs in partnership with Kårservice Östergötland AB at Linköping University.
Our vision is to create a sustainable labor market by building stronger bridges between universities and industry and providing experience and networks when they are really needed. Through qualified, paid consultancy assignments, students have the opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge in practice and develop in their fields of study. At the same time, employers gain direct access to the talents of the future who contribute innovative solutions to concrete challenges.
All student assignments provide a kick-back to Kårservice Östergötland AB, which gives both students and clients the opportunity to actively contribute to the collective student life at the same time as organizations gain expertise to solve concrete needs. This in turn generates a network that strengthens the strategic supply of skills. We see it as win-win-win!
